Before Picture Day:

• 2 weeks prior to Picture Day we will call and work out a schedule with you and deliver posters to hang immediately, to promote Picture Day.

• 1 week prior to Picture Day, we will email a graphic to get out to your parents via email, remind or other form of technology you use.

• Before we arrive, please have rosters for each class with the siblings marked and any special instructions we may need to know.

During Picture Day..Relax! We have it under control!

• We will arrive on time and ready to have fun and capture some great smiles!

• We work in a team of 2: one photographer and one assistant. This insures the kids are comfortable, safe, and happy.

• After we are done with the kids for that day, we will check with the front desk to assure that no one was missed.

After Picture Day:

• 7 -10 days after the photo shoot, we will send the parents a gallery to order online.

• You will be given posters to hang and a graphic to send out electronically as well to remind parents of the due date for free shipping.

• Any late orders will have to be placed online and shipped to the parent with an additional fee.

• Orders placed by the due date will be delivered to the school.
